Do you love working with data but don't want to be stuck in a silo? This role gives you the best of both worlds — a hands-on data position inside a dynamic property business, backed by a supportive team and a manager who actually invests in your growth.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Join a supportive, friendly team that values balance and flexibility
  • Work on data that directly impacts the property sector — see the results of your work every day
  • Hybrid work arrangement

The Opportunity

This isn't just another data job. As the go-to Excel specialist, you'll take ownership of the company's data flow — from grooming raw information and shaping it into meaningful insights, to building the reporting pathways that keep the business moving.

  • Maintain and manage databases
  • Export, transform, and analyse data to support decision-making
  • Build and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports
  • Keep Salesforce CRM, the company website, and other platforms up to date
  • Spot smarter ways to present data that drive real business value
  • Your work will be critical in connecting the numbers to the bigger picture.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, CSVs, exports — you're fluent in it)
  • Confident, personable, and a natural collaborator
  • Experience working with CRMs and reporting pathways (Salesforce & Tableau are a bonus)
  • Someone who enjoys being the "go-to" data person while working closely with a team

Why Join?

You'll be part of a property business that's genuinely supportive, flexible, and people-first. It's an office-based role, but with trust and flexibility around tasks and balance. This is your chance to build your career in a growing sector, with the backing of a team that wants to see you succeed.

If you're an Excel whiz with a positive attitude and love being part of a team, this role could be your next big step.
