Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Australia. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and transform our products and services. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms to power our intelligent software offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI and machine learning
• Optimise and fine-tune AI models to achieve superior performance and reliability
• Implement robust testing and validation procedures to ensure the quality and robustness of AI-powered solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and contribute to the company's technical vision and roadmap
• Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, sharing your expertise and best practices

• What we're looking for
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• Proven track record of 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a commercial setting
• Proficiency in popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and data preprocessing techniques
• Experience using AI for conversations, search, RAG, and entity extraction
• Experience in deploying AI models in cloud-based environments
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including version control, CI/CD, and testing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
