We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Services Coordinator to join our People & Stakeholder Engagement division based in the Sydney Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support our People & Culture (P&C) operations and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.
As People Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing professional administrative support, responding to employee queries, and ensuring the integrity of our systems and processes. You’ll be part of a team that values continuous improvement and works together to enhance the employee journey.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service across the full spectrum of P&C-related enquiries
- Prepare and issue employment documentation with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage workflows and input new starter details into HR systems
- Maintain electronic personnel records and ensure data integrity
- Keep P&C intranet content up to date and functional
- Support the rollout of P&C initiatives and provide ad-hoc admin support to the team
- Escalate complex queries to relevant specialists or Business Partners
- Administer employee benefits, programs, policies, and procedures
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
Experience & Skills That Count:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a generalist HR/P&C administration, advisory support or customer service support role
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, able to investigate root causes of issues
- Proven collaboration skills with stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Familiarity with interpreting Modern Awards, HR policies and procedures
- Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS platforms
