Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a junior HRBP/HR Generalist for an 8 month FTC, based in Mascot.

Your new role:

• Overseeing an employee group of 500 casual employees, managing the full employee life cycle from performance management, to employee relations and also running training sessions.
• With retail store managers as your key stakeholders, you will partner closely to achieve shared goals.
• Working in a supportive team of HR employees, and reporting into the People and Culture Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will need:

• 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources, ideally within the retail industry but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
