Location: Sydney

Paying: $180k Total Package + 12.5% Bonus
About the Organisation
A leading property sector organisation is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive the optimisation and continuous improvement of its core financial systems Yardi and TM1.
The Role
You’ll partner with Finance and Business teams to maximise system value, improve user adoption, deliver enhancements, and resolve technical challenges. This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, directly contributing to business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective and consistent use of Yardi and TM1 across the business.
- Lead training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of enhancement requests.
- Partner with IT and vendors to deliver system improvements.
- Translate business requirements into practical solutions.
About You
- Proven current/recent experience with Yardi and TM1 or similar such as MRI or JDE
- Strong experience in finance processes
- Propery industry experience
- Skilled in managing enhancements, training users, and documenting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to engage with stakeholders effectively.
