• Ability to translate financial data into dashboards and insightful data visualizations.
• Mandatory to have proven experience in finance projects.
• Must be available to work onsite two days a week at the Corrientes or Palermo offices

UI/UX Skills

• Promote and practice robust design principles, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Contribute to the development of a design system and shaping UI components.
• Create high-quality, responsive UI designs with great attention to macro and micro design elements.
• Work from research, personas and data to map user journeys and ideate new features to meet user needs.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Demonstrate a strong working understanding and application of accessibility guidelines.
• Interpret and adhere to brand guidelines and actively contribute to their evolution.
• Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure effective coding of UI functionality.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Effective time-management to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
