Role description
Position Title- HR Generalist
Location- Buenos Aires
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources practices with organizational objectives in Argentina. This role is responsible for delivering HR solutions, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, while fostering a high-performance culture.
As Human Resources Business Partner you will
- Help to support the complete HR lifecycle from onboarding to off boarding.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Providing HR support and guidance to business and employees on all HR and employment related matters
- Understand people issues and the impact it has on a business
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Reviewing policies and HR documentation on an ongoing basis with HR Shared Services team
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns and fostering positive employee relations.
- Design and implement engagement initiatives tailored to the Argentina workforce.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Argentina’s labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update HR policies, communicating effective changes to employees and managers.
- Support organizational changes, including restructuring, mergers, or policy shifts, with clear communication and change management strategies.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Argentina Labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- You will be a good listener with highly developed interpersonal skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication in English & Spainish
- Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem solving skills, able to identify practical solutions
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
