Deine zukünftige Rolle.
- Du bist Teil des HR Teams und zuständig für die laufende Personaladministration
- Du übernimmst die laufend Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten in unseren HR-Systemen
- Du erstellst alle anfallenden Dokumente im Zuge des Employee Lifecycles
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte bei administrativen Personalfragen
- Du unterstützt unser HR Team und mit deinen Ideen zur Verbesserung und sorgst damit für Effizienz in den Prozessen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Personalbereich
- Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HR sammeln können, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
- Erfahrung mit Workday, Sage, Interflex sind von Vorteil
- Du hast Freude an Prozessoptimierungen und bist offen für Veränderung
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Mit deiner Hands-On-Mentalität unterstützt du das bestehende Team
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
