We’re looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist who is both a network security veteran and an expert in AI/LLM security threats. This is our first dedicated cybersecurity hire – a pivotal role in ensuring our systems remain secure, trustworthy, and audit-ready.

What You’ll Do

As our inaugural security hire, you’ll shape the entire security posture – from network hardening to safeguarding large-language models. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Network & Infrastructure Security: Design and secure network architectures (private cloud and data center). Deploy and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust policies. Oversee SSL/TLS, key handling, and Linux/hypervisor/container hardening. Monitor, log, and respond to real-time network threats.
• AI & LLM Security: Develop guardrails and monitoring for LLMs. Defend against prompt injection, exfiltration, adversarial manipulation, and data poisoning. Evaluate pipelines for bias, hallucination, and robustness. Track emerging threats (e.g., sleeper agents, supply chain attacks).
• Compliance & Documentation: Align with GDPR, NIS2, EU AI Act, and ISO 27001/27701. Maintain audit-ready security policies, incident response, and penetration test reports. Lead internal training on AI-specific threats.
• Collaboration: Work with Infrastructure team and AI engineers to embed security into design and deployment. Advise management and clients on risks, strategy, and mitigation.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled cybersecurity professional with a strong foundation in both network security and AI/LLM security.

You’ll have:

• 5+ years of hands-on network security engineering experience (VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI) and Linux/container hardening.
• Proven experience securing AI/LLM pipelines – guardrails, sandboxing, bias/robustness testing, and mitigation of model-level attacks.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure fundamentals).
• Excellent communication skills in English; Slovak or German is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Desired Credentials:

• CISSP – highly desirable
• OSCP, GIAC GCPN/AISEC, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or CompTIA Security+/Network+

Nice to Have:

• Red-team experience targeting AI systems.
• Hands-on work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other RAG pipelines.
• Experience with ISO 27001/27701 audit preparation and legislative compliance.
• Familiarity with upcoming EU AI-Act.
• Background in penetration testing or threat intelligence.
