Technical Lead C++/Python

Responsibilities

Technical lead that can manage and oversee technical software development projects involving multiple team members.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proficient in programming with C/C++ and Python
• Strong grasp of software development practices, including:
• Agile methodologies
• Version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
• Deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
• Understanding of Electromagnetic (EM) simulation techniques

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

• Proven ability to work effectively in multi-site and multi-cultural team environments
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-performance computing or parallel programming
• Familiarity with simulation tools for Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
• Exposure to cloud-based development and deployment environments
• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows or simulation platforms
