DevSecOps Engineer

Fincons is looking for a DevSecOps Engineer

📌 Main tasks:

• Design and manage CI/CD pipeline templates and reusable components using GitLab.

• Integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle, including automated security testing.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth development and production workflows.

Languages

• English B2 is required

Technical expertise

• GitLab CI/CD pipelines – 5+ years

• Docker & Kubernetes – 4+ years

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) – 3+ years

• Terraform (IaC) – 3+ years

• Secure SDLC practices – 3+ years

• Monitoring & observability in CI/CD – 2+ years

Certifications:

One of:

• Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP)

• DevSecOps Practitioner

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

• Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert

Experience

• Preferably Master’s Degree + 5 years of experience

📍 Work location: Brussels - Belgium

Hybrid, 2 days per week in office – 3 days smart working
