We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our distributed product team. You will play a key role in shaping engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, you'll apply User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to guide products from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply UCD best practices throughout the software lifecycle to create impactful user experiences.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain design artifacts — sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers during backlog refinement to align design priorities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and inclusive design principles.
- Support developers during implementation to guarantee design accuracy and usability.
- Participate actively in Agile/DevSecOps ceremonies (standups, demos, retrospectives).
- Present and communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Establish feedback loops with end users and apply the Build-Measure-Learn approach to continuous improvement.
- Proven experience designing complex web and/or mobile applications.
- Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience collaborating in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, InVision).
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design standards.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong design portfolio showcasing UX processes and design outcomes.
- Desirable: Certification or degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-Centered Design, or similar.
