The role?

We are looking for a Head of Brand Experience to craft the emotional, visual and storytelling identity of Shadow Phantom.

This is an early-stage leadership opportunity where you’ll shape how the world experiences Shadow Phantom from cinematic product storytelling and social media presence to overall brand identity.

Your mission: turn Shadow Phantom from a product into a movement people are proud to follow and share.

What you will do?

• Develop and execute a unified brand and experience strategy across video, design and storytelling
• Create cinematic, emotionally engaging videos that bring our technology and mission to life
• Lead LinkedIn and social storytelling that builds awareness and credibility
• Define and evolve our visual identity: typography, motion, tone, color and sound
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate complex ideas into inspiring narratives
• Design launch moments and content campaigns that make every release feel like an event
• Build a repeatable content engine for social updates, founder storytelling and community growth
• Measure engagement, sentiment and reach to refine direction continuously

What you bring?

• Proven experience in brand storytelling, creative direction or experience design (preferably in tech, AI or cybersecurity)
• Strong background in video production, shooting, editing, animation or motion graphics
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube and social media storytelling and what drives genuine engagement
• A keen cinematic eye for composition, pacing, lighting and emotion
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with founders and engineers
• Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Pika or similar
• Passion for turning complex technology into clear, human-centered stories
