We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Global Information Security team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Generative AI (GenAI) CI/CD pipelines, ensuring their scalability, security, and observability. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes OpenShift, CI/CD tools, and best practices in DevOps and MLOps.

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Global Information Security team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting Generative AI (GenAI) CI/CD pipelines, ensuring their scalability, security, and observability. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes OpenShift, CI/CD tools, and best practices in DevOps and MLOps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GenAI models using Jenkins, Ansible, HELM charts, XLR, and other relevant tools in compliance with SDLC standards.
- Deploy and manage GenAI workloads on Kubernetes OpenShift clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement model versioning and lifecycle management using BitBucket and JFrog Artifactory, following CI/CD best practices.
- Integrate observability frameworks (monitoring, logging, tracing) tailored to GenAI pipelines.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Platform Engineering teams, and stakeholders to streamline deployment workflows while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
- Apply DevOps principles to enhance rapid iteration, integration, delivery, and security of applications leveraging CI/CD methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes OpenShift and HELM charts for deploying and managing GenAI workloads.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and XLR (or similar tools like Harness).
- Experience with BitBucket and JFrog Artifactory for source control and artifact/model versioning.
- Proven ability to implement DevOps observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle management and best practices for versioning and deployment in CI/CD workflows.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms such as MLflow.
- Experience with automated testing and validation of GenAI models in CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and hybrid deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Platform Engineering.
- Knowledge of managing secrets using HashiCorp Vault in enterprise CI/CD environments.
