Our client, a top-tier Tier 1 contractor, is looking for a Project Manager with fit-out experience to manage complex interior construction projects across Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality finishes and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and handover stages.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager on fit-out projects, preferably in commercial or high-end residential sectors.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, materials, and processes.
• Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant construction or project management qualification.
