Senior Full Stack Engineer

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to spearhead a critical integration project with a leading global SaaS company. You will have the chance to work on a project focusing on a highly analytical, data-rich platform used by Fortune 500 enterprises and major consulting firms for organizational design and workforce planning.

Your role will be not just to code but to drive architectural decisions, champion best practices, and help enhance the platform’s core capabilities, focusing on data visualization, micro-frontend adoption, and system scalability.

What you will do

• Deliver software features into production in a data-rich SaaS environment
• Develop scalable backend and frontend components (React, Kotlin, TypeScript)
• Drive best practices within SDLC (CI/CD, observability, testing)
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine features
• Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and performance optimization
• Support componentization, microservices, and micro-frontends adoption
• Ensure code quality via TDD/BDD and test automation
• Work in an Agile team, contributing to incremental value delivery
  
  

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of commercial coding experience
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, functional programming
• Solid experience with CI/CD, Git, SQL, REST, asynchronous architectures
• Experience refactoring and scaling systems in production
• Familiarity with AWS and Unix/Linux environments Nice to have:
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Exposure to Kubernetes/Docker in production environments
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture
