As an HR & Recruitment Generalist, you will take on a broad and impactful role. Your responsibilities will be dedicated to recruitment, HR administration & onboarding. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from drafting vacancies and managing interviews to onboarding new hires. Youโll also play a key part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring a great experience for every candidate.
Outside of recruitment, youโll help improve our HR processes, systems, and day-to-day operations, and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, management and external partners.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, offers and contracts;
- Actively contribute to employer branding and visibility;
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout the full process;
- Ensure accurate and timely HR administration;
- Develop, implement and improve HR processes and systems;
- Manage absence registration and support payroll;
- Run and improve our structured onboarding program.
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree level of working and thinking;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment;
- Proven experience in setting up or optimizing HR processes and systems;
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent and results-oriented;
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
- Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance is a plus.
