Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Web Applications Management and Features Development, overseeing the development aspects of our Azure GenAI platform, with a specific emphasis on the Secure GPT service. * Ensuring the web app's performance, quality of service, security, and driving the development of new features and enhancement; * Developing new functions around Secure GPT Web usage; * Identifying opportunities for improvement in Web Operations processes and procedures, particularly in tasks automation and customer service delivery, and driving the implementation of these improvements; * Resolving any Web-related issues to ensuring seamless user expertise and high service availability; * Defining and implementing KPIs and metrics to monitoring product usage and user behavior, enabling data-driven insights and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development, with NodeJS for the backend and JavaScript (React and/or NextJS) for the frontend; * Expertise in API operations and management; * Previous experience with Azure environment will be valued; * Expertise with chatGPT/Claude ai or other generative AI technologies is a plus; * Fluency in English.
