Currently, we invest through:

(i) our early-stage VC funds, which hold a portfolio of promising companies founded by top-tier entrepreneurs, with a focus on B2B software and AI at the core; and

(ii) Nzyme,our tech-focused PE fund, that catalyses transformation and growth through roll-ups and the use of technology to impact service-based SMB companies.

Job Description:

The 2-year Investment Analyst Program offers a unique opportunity to start your career in Venture Capital by becoming part of our investment team. This is a full-time position based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Your primary role will be to help the investment team find, evaluate, and execute new investment opportunities, perform market research about new exciting technologies, support the operations team in reporting tasks, and contribute to internal strategic projects. You will be exposed to a huge range of technology themes and companies, and will have the opportunity to work in an international and fast-paced environment.

As an Investment Analyst, you will primarily:

  • Identify and engage with founders and the wider tech ecosystem
  • Source and evaluate new investment opportunities across a wide range of technology sectors
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and high-potential founders
  • Support the investment team in due diligence and preparation of investment memos
  • Work closely with portfolio companies, assisting them with strategic projects, reporting, and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving processes, knowledge sharing, and thematic research
  • Prepare materials for quarterly reporting, investor updates, and special events

Who You Are

You are an ambitious, intellectually curious, and entrepreneurial-minded individual eager to start a career in Venture Capital. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership, and bring a mix of analytical rigor and creative thinking to the table. You are passionate about technology, startups, and innovation, and have a genuine interest in working closely with founders who are solving global problems.

  • You are passionate about the startup ecosystem. You love learning about new technologies, testing new products, and meeting with founders
  • You have previously engaged with a startup as an employee, cofounder or as an actively involved friend
  • You have up to 3 years of experience in a challenging environment (e.g. startup or growth tech company, strategic consulting, investment banking, etc)
    • If you are in your last year of university, please do not hesitate to apply!
  • You have a technical degree with an excellent track record of academic and extracurricular achievements
  • You are fully fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • You are comfortable working regularly with Excel and PowerPoint. Any relevant experience with programming or data analysis will be highly valuable
  • You are a team player and have the capacity to work with limited oversight
