As HR Coordinator Intern (based in Zürich), you will provide essential support to the HR function, partnering with the HR Business Partner (based in Vienna). Your responsibilities will span HR administration, recruitment assistance, employee record management, and project support. Job Responsibilities

  • HR Administration:
    • Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, including administering onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Prepare HR-related documents and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring GDPR compliance.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as the digitalization of personnel files.
    • Support global HR projects and manage smaller projects independently.


  • Recruitment:
    • Assist the HRBP in creating compelling job descriptions.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and track recruitment progress.
    • Support the organization of recruitment events such as career fairs.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Assist the HRBP with internal communications, employee handbook updates, and event coordination.
Profile

  • Experience:
    • Ideally, you will have a background in HR, either through education or initial work experience.
  • Skills:
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-oriented mindset.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and Word).
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English and German is essential. French language skills are a significant advantage.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude, and a strong sense of integrity.
    • Eager to learn and develop within a dynamic environment.
