• 2+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack developer
• Proficiency in HTML / CSS
• Strong experience with JavaScript / Node.js
• Good knowledge of React.js and/or Next.js
• Previous experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g. Python, Go, Rust, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git
• Experience working with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
• Most importantly: a genuine desire to learn and deepen your knowledge of the technologies listed under Nice to haves

• Experience with Go (GoLang)
• Previous work with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Experience with GraphQL
• Integration of third-party APIs (e.g. Jira, Slack, GitHub, etc.)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• PandaJS or other CSS-in-JS libraries
• Familiarity with build pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CI/CD, etc.)
• Debugging / tracing using Grafana / Loki
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with gRPC, NATS, HTTP REST, and other communication mechanisms between microservices

• Clear and effective communication — including the ability to flag blockers or unexpected issues constructively and in a timely manner
• Analytical and structured thinking — ability to understand a new feature, break it down into logical steps, and create an implementation plan before writing code
• Strong sense of ownership — we treat projects as our own, taking responsibility for code quality and delivery
