Network Security Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven and experienced Network Security Engineer to join a global team responsible for delivering network support services across multiple sites and data centers. The team currently consists of 20 professionals and operates in a hybrid model, with some services running 24/7.

This role involves hands-on work with cutting-edge network security technologies, contributing to the design, deployment, and maintenance of secure and resilient network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents
• Ensure devices meet operational and security standards
• Perform device patching and OS upgrades
• Configure and harden firewalls (NGFWs)
• Manage S2S and remote client VPNs
• Replace and migrate firewall hardware (ASA to Firepower)
• Deploy and configure WiFi and switches
• Create and update network diagrams and security documentation
• Manage IPAM, asset inventory, and backups
• Collaborate with ISPs and vendors

Must-Have Technical Experience:

• NGFW configuration and hardening
• Cisco Firepower & FMC
• Aruba (NAC, WiFi, switching)
• VPN setup (S2S, RCVPN)
• Firewall rule creation and flow management
• Layer 2 switch configuration
• BGP/WAN, NAT, Radius
• Redundancy protocols (HSRP/VRRP)
• Certificate management, SNMP
• Strong troubleshooting skills
