You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies that drive automation, intelligence, and scalability across global operations — transforming how intelligent systems are built and deployed at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and scale an automation platform for diverse AI use cases

• Develop and deploy AI-driven and agent-based systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Contribute to the platform’s evolution, ensuring performance, robustness, and maintainability

• Implement and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for context-aware agent behavior

• Explore and integrate state-of-the-art ML, RL, and multi-agent techniques

• Participate in architectural design and define best practices for AI engineering

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in software development and machine learning, ideally in AI or intelligent automation

• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar)

• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, OpenAgents)

• Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Workato, or similar)

• Experience in prompt engineering and agent workflow design

• Understanding of scalable system design and distributed computing

• Collaborative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus:

• Experience with agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, or orchestration platforms
