Operations SW engineer

You will be working in close collaboration with the application engineers in the Patch Distro team and with the operations SW engineers in the Release and Deliver function. The main role of the operations SW engineer is to respond to operational tickets related to the SW tools owned by the Patch Distribution team. To successfully fulfil this role, you will need:

• a customer-oriented high-quality mentality;
• a good understanding of the SW tools owned by the Patch Distribution team;
• a proven experience of SW developer;
• a proven experience in DevOps and SW support;
• a problem-solving mindset;
