Your new role

This role will encompass all aspects of Human Resources, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS). The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, which include:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Oversee employee relations and performance management
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and promote a safe workplace
• Administer payroll and benefits
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this job you will need:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in Australia
• Knowledge and experience negotiating EBAs
• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
• Familiarity with WHS regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time (no work-from-home flexibility)
