Then you might be the new Lead Product Designer our client in Malmö is looking for.
About the Company
We’re happy to support our client in Malmö. This is a direct recruitment where Mero manages the process, and you’ll be hired directly by the company. We’ll share more about the company as you move forward in the process.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll work both hands-on and strategically, taking lead on the overall design vision and roadmap to create cohesive, user-focused experiences across the company’s digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and marketing to make sure every part of the experience supports both the user and the business goals.
You’ll also take on a leading role and together with the team, you’ll shape clear, intuitive interfaces that combine usability with strong visual design. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving the design system, keeping everything consistent, scalable, and well-structured.
Who You Are
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in leadership roles and/or within e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of front-end principles and effective collaboration with development teams.
- Fluency in English is a requirement
