Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Malmo, Sweden or able to attend weekly on‑site rituals at Hubhult.

Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design.
• 2+ years of experience designing for the lower funnel, payment systems, ecommerce checkout flow and etc.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma,).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas and decisions clearly.
• Passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences aligned with vision and values.
• Experience designing for the mobile/tablet viewports and operating systems e.g. iOS & Android

Most important:
