About this opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to join Ericsson Radio and Transport Engineering within the Customer Experience organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about electronics, eager to deliver exceptional technical support, and excited to contribute to product development with field insights. What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers professionally to understand technical issues and explain concepts clearly and inclusively
- Investigate and analyze issues using established processes; collaborate with design teams to drive effective resolution
- Reproduce faults end-to-end within Ericsson environments (CX or design labs) to support accurate troubleshooting
- Translate technical requirements for the Network Data Analytics team and interpret results to understand network impact
- Provide 24/7 on-call support, including on-call duties and follow-the-sun coverage for emergencies
- Offer technical guidance to development projects during product introduction activities and focused development phases
- Collaborate with design teams early in product development to share field insights about product behavior and usage
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in products, processes, and production; contribute practical ideas that create customer value
- Share knowledge through communities of practice and everyday collaboration, helping to build a culture of learning and inclusivity
- Planning and organization: ability to set clear objectives, plan activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Adaptability: comfort with change, openness to new ideas, and the ability to adjust communication styles to diverse audiences
