We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our client fast-growing in the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for iGaming platforms, focusing on player experience, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven products.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.
- Manage the lifecycle of products, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor KPIs such as GGR, ARPU, conversion rates, and retention to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze competitor trends and market data to keep the product competitive within the iGaming space.
- Work with finance and compliance teams to ensure accuracy in player wallet management, transaction tracking, and reporting.
- Prioritize features and manage backlogs effectively in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with third-party providers (game studios, payment gateways, CRM tools) to enhance platform capabilities.
- Contribute to defining user journeys and ensuring seamless UX across casino, sportsbook, and wallet systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in iGaming, fintech, or related industries.
- Solid understanding of online gaming platforms, wallet systems, payment flows, and transaction lifecycles.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams (backend, frontend, QA) in agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Background or exposure to accounting, ERP systems, or financial reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, GDPR) relevant to iGaming.
- Experience working with API-driven systems and integrations with game or payment providers.
- Previous experience in B2C product ownership and understanding of player behavior analytics.
