Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and optimize executive time effectively.
- Organize travel and visa arrangements, including hotel, car rental, and itinerary planning.
- Draft, review, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain proper filing systems, documentation records, and mail/courier logs.
- Coordinate and provide support during executive meetings, events, and protocol-based gatherings.
- Assist with conference/seminar registrations and office-wide coordination during visits or special events.
- Observe strict confidentiality and manage sensitive data with integrity.
- Assist in finance-related tasks of C-level executives, including invoicing and expense claims.
- Take over responsibilities from other secretaries during their leave periods.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative role
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative role
- Previous experience in corporate or multinational environments strongly preferred
- Familiarity with executive protocol and corporate etiquette
Skills:
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude
