🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in translating energy intelligence into intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to shape a platform that simplifies complexity and drives sustainable action.

• Design data-rich dashboards and interfaces used by enterprise clients and sustainability teams
• Build and maintain our design system for scalability and consistency
• Partner with product managers to ideate and prototype new features
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews to inform design decisions
• Deliver high-fidelity UI designs in Figma and collaborate on frontend handoff
• Champion user experience best practices in everything we ship

✅ What You Bring

• 5–6 years of experience in UI/UX design (preferably in SaaS, analytics tools, or enterprise platforms)
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex interface designs (especially data visualization or dashboards)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and design system tools
• Ability to balance creativity with usability and accessibility principles
• Experience working cross-functionally with product & engineering teams in agile environments
• A passion for sustainability, purpose-driven work, and thoughtful design
• Bonus: Motion/interaction design skills or frontend know-how (CSS, React, etc.)
