UX/UI Designer
Intermediate / Senior Level
Location: POLAND
We are looking for a strong intermediate to senior-level designer. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in visual design, with proven experience working within complex design systems. While not essential, some exposure to user research would be considered a valuable addition.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical, as the role involves working closely with a larger design team (8+ designers) across multiple workstreams. We place a high value on team collaboration, feedback culture, and cross-functional alignment.
Previous experience designing for enterprise environments is required, and familiarity with SAP systems would be a significant advantage. Given the technical nature of our domain and our distributed team setup, a strong command of English is essential, both for daily communication and for navigating industry-specific terminology.
Must haves:
- Core Design Expertise
- Interaction design principles (e.g., user flows, information architecture, prototyping).
- Visual design excellence (e.g., layout, typography, color, accessibility)
- Fluent English is a must, German is an asset
Ability to Handle Technical Domains
Confidence in designing within a technically complex or jargon-heavy domain.
Design Team / Agile Process Familiarity
Used to design critique, sprint planning, and design ops within larger teams.
Communication
Clear, confident communication—both written and verbal—across disciplines and stakeholders
