The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in full stack software development and full stack web development including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy software modules ensuring they meet business needs and technical standards.
• Build and optimize modern front-end applications with Angular, React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and maintain scalable back-end systems using Express.js & NestJS.
• Design intuitive, high-performance user interfaces with ShadCN UI.
• Implement efficient database solutions using SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier products.
• Ensure clean code practices, performance optimization, and seamless UX.
• Review and analyze the software development requirements shared by IS manager.
• Plan, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and coordinate effectively with the development team throughout the application lifecycle.
• Oversee the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of new applications.
• Conduct thorough reviews of applications to ensure quality, functionality, and adherence to requirements before deployment.
• Ensure all the applications are deployed securely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5+ years’ experience.
• Primary: Node.js, Angular, HTML, SCSS and any relational database.
• Secondary optional: ASP.NET/MVC/PhP/Web Services/Java/CSS/ReactJS.
• Development of mobile applications.
• Proven work experience.
• English language skills in verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with ERP Software, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Knowledge in Networking, Windows server, Azure, IIS.
