The Graphic Designer - Corporate Office plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Chedi Hospitality across all corporate and property-level communications. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that every visual element aligns with the brands luxury positioning, aesthetic refinement, and storytelling ethos.
The designer will be responsible for developing high-quality creative assets for digital and print platforms, supporting both corporate initiatives and property-level marketing needs. Working closely with the Brand Communications and Marketing teams, this role requires a balance of conceptual creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple design projects across international properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design creative materials for marketing campaigns, brand presentations, social media, website assets, event collaterals, and internal communications.
- Uphold and continuously evolve Chedi Hospitalitys brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across all digital and print applications.
- Collaborate with corporate and property marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and storytelling.
- Support new hotel pre-openings and rebranding projects through brand adaptation, collateral creation, and launch material design.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers, and production houses to ensure the highest quality output and on-brand representation.
- Contribute to the design of corporate publications, newsletters, and internal digital communications, ensuring alignment with the companys tone and aesthetics.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
- Stay abreast of design trends, digital innovations, and creative tools to continuously bring fresh perspectives to the brands creative direction.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within the hospitality, luxury, or creative agency sector.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus).
- Solid understanding of both digital and print production processes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.
- Experience managing creative assets across multiple stakeholders or locations.
- Photography editing and basic motion design skills are an advantage.
