HR Compensation & Benefits Officer/Assistant Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze compensation and benefits metrics to support strategic organizational planning.
  • Apply insights from market salary surveys to benchmark internal structures and ensure alignment with external competitiveness.
  • Regularly review compensation structure and benefits programs.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes by preparing data, reports, and simulations.
  • Monitor benefits utilization and provide regular reporting to HR Business Partner.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and internal controls in compensation and benefits processes.
  • Provide employee support on compensation and benefits inquiries in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare preliminary reports on HR budget utilization for management review.
  • Present complex data in a user-friendly manner to all stakeholders.
  • Generate and deliver scheduled reports, such as workforce analytics and compliance summaries.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems by performing regular audits and updates.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes through automation or analytics.
  • Support HR projects and audits by providing data and insights related to compensation and benefits.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits covering multi-country or regional scope within an international company for the Officer position; over 6 years for the Assistant Manager position.
  • Prior experience with WTW, Hays, or Mercer is preferred.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and analytics tools (Workday, SAP, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Python is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across teams.
