Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems across four schools (Corporate Office).
- Ensure seamless network and system integration across all branches for effective communication and data sharing.
- Supervise and support IT staff (if any) or coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and system reliability.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements or upgrades as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local education and data protection regulations.
- Manage IT budgets, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of IT management experience, preferably in an educational environment.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations or branches.
- Strong knowledge of school systems and platforms (SIS, LMS, Google Workspace for Education, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, cloud services, and data backup solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff to align IT with organizational goals.
