As a Graduate/Entry-level Consultant, you will work on challenging consulting projects that require quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive insights and conclusions. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop a deep understanding of various industries, and build a foundation for a successful career in consulting.


Principal Accountabilities -

  • Work closely with senior consultants to gather project requirements and assist in developing comprehensive project plans.
  • Conduct market research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to derive meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to client presentations and reports by preparing well-structured analyses, visualizations, and recommendations.
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, seeking opportunities to expand your skillset and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive client relationships by delivering high-quality work and exceeding expectations.


Educational / Skills required -

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field with atleast 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered.
  • Relevant professional certifications including PMP, CFA, CMA, CRM, CISSP, CMC etc is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to take initiative, learn quickly, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • Previous internships, coursework, or projects related to consulting, business analysis, or strategy is a plus.
  • Very organized and a strong work ethic.
