About The Role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape the future of digital experiences? We are now looking for a skilled and curious Product Analyst to join our Digital Consumer Offering team. In this role, you will support our digital product development teams working on consumer-facing services such as our mobile app, logged-in experiences, and smart services. Your mission will be to uncover customer behavior patterns and deliver actionable insights that help shape our digital products and services.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer behavior analysis: Analyze customer behavior across app and web platforms using GA4 to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform product development and user experience improvements.
- Dashboard development: Build and maintain insightful, user-friendly dashboards in both Looker and Power BI to track KPI’s and support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with development managers, designers, and developers to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and measure the impact of new features and services.
- Insight communication: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive analysis: Continuously monitor user engagement and conversion metrics to identify anomalies, emerging trends, and areas for optimization.
- Stakeholder engagement: Communicate findings and recommendations through various channels, including presentations, reports, and workshops, to ensure alignment and shared understanding across the organization.
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have:
- 4+ years of experience working in a similar role, as well as a bachelor’s degree in information management, marketing, data analytics, computer science, or a similar field.
- Proven experience in digital analytics, especially within app and web environments.
- Deep expertise in GA4, including event tracking (for both app and web), funnel analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Strong skills in dashboard creation using Looker Studio and Power BI, leveraging GA4 data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- A curious mindset and a passion for improving user experiences through data, and a knack for AI won’t hurt.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager). Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Azure + related data services will be considered beneficial as well.
- Fluent skills in English, both oral and written. Basic understanding in any of the Nordic languages is beneficial for the role.
