About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Application Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-class solutions on ServiceNow and migrate legacy applications to modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Deploy: Build ServiceNow components and migrate legacy apps to IaaS, PaaS, containers, and serverless solutions.
• Architect Solutions: Create conceptual, logical, and physical designs for applications hosted in public cloud environments.
• Programming Expertise: Design using major languages and frameworks:
• C#, PHP, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET/.NET Core, ColdFusion, Drupal, Entity Framework, SQL.
• Cost Optimization: Provide guidance on reducing cloud operational costs (e.g., scalability, data filtering).
• Serverless Design: Incorporate serverless architecture principles.
• Infrastructure as Code: Design and deploy highly available, elastic cloud services using IaC.
• Database-as-a-Service: Develop and deploy DBaaS solutions.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Deploy applications using pipelines and cloud-native or third-party tools.
• Containerization: Deploy cloud apps in containers using modern orchestration tools.

Deliverables

• Fully functional and tested ServiceNow modules/scripts aligned with architectural specs.
• Technical Documentation Package detailing code structure, configuration, and maintenance guidelines.
• Collaboration Reports capturing technical decisions and alignment checkpoints.
• Support Logs summarizing troubleshooting and performance optimizations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development and cloud migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and containerization.
• Familiarity with cost optimization strategies for cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
