About the Role

We’re hiring a Client Project Manager to lead the coordination, communication, and execution of our enterprise client projects. You’ll be the connective tissue between our internal teams and our clients — keeping timelines on track, ensuring everyone is aligned, and proactively anticipating needs before they arise.


This is a project/client-based role averaging approximately 25 hours per week, based in Toronto, CA.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the project timeline — manage deliverables, milestones, and dependencies both internally and externally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear, organized, and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and deadlines are met.
  • Track progress meticulously and flag risks early — you love a good spreadsheet or timeline.
  • Proactively anticipate questions and provide clients with clarity and confidence before they even need to ask.
  • Deliver white-glove service, ensuring every interaction reflects Openhouse’s standard of excellence.
  • Maintain internal alignment, rallying creative, operations, and leadership teams around project goals.
