Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Lead. The Operations Lead will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building and managing high-performing operational processes, developing scalable workflows and systems, and ensuring seamless delivery of services to institutional clients. The Operations Lead will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify process improvements, establish operational best practices, and scale our infrastructure in the blockchain intelligence space.

What you'll do

• Build and lead our operations function, establishing processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices for institutional-grade service delivery
• Own the full operational lifecycle from client onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring exceptional experiences for institutional investors, funds, and blockchain professionals
• Develop and execute operational strategies for new products and market segments, optimizing for efficiency, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine workflows, automate processes, and improve operational tooling and systems
• Drive operational metrics and KPIs while maintaining the service quality, responsiveness, and professionalism our institutional clients expect

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in operations management, preferably supporting institutional clients or enterprise customers
• Experience building and scaling operations teams and processes from early stages
• Strong understanding of process optimization, workflow automation, project management, and operational analytics
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to coordinate across C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Experience in blockchain operations, fintech, or SaaS operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred
