Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Co-ordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
- Work alongside project manager on project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management
- Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with proven work experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or Financial Crime Compliance (KYC/TM) domains
- Experience in managing large-scale technology projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and data-driven solution delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment is a plus
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are desirable
