Our team needs a strong project coordinator. If you’re the one, here’s what you’d be responsible for:

What You Will Do

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Assist in work breakdown sessions, create initial project schedules, and maintain them under the Project Manager's guidance.
  • Resource Management: Help define project resource requirements and maintain resource plans.
  • Communication: Support the execution of communication plans, provide status updates, and report on project health and progress to stakeholders.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Collect key project metrics and health indicators to monitor and report on project performance.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Assist with managing project costs, compiling budget data, and tracking actuals against forecasts.
  • Risk Management: Assist in defining risk management plans, analyzing risks, and developing mitigation strategies.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination/management
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including executives and creative departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to produce polished, error-free presentations that effectively communicate key messages and uphold Nike’s high standards of quality.
  • Corporate & Athletic Mindset: Experience working in corporate or brand-driven environments, with the ability to tailor communication for executive-level audiences. A passion for sports, innovation, and the Nike culture is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting senior executives, global marketing teams, or investor relations in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to convey performance metrics and strategic insights.
