About SkinnyRx
SkinnyRx helps women and men address obesity through compounded GLP-1 medications and expert telehealth support. We’re a fast-growing subscription e-commerce company redefining how medical weight management works — combining science, personalization, and data.
We’re now building the analytics foundation that powers our next phase of growth — and we need a data scientist who can turn our data into clarity, action, and measurable impact.
We’re looking for a Data Scientist to design and own SkinnyRx’s reporting and analytics infrastructure across every part of the business — marketing, operations, fulfillment, and customer experience.
You’ll build the systems and dashboards that help leadership and teams make faster, smarter decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain company-wide dashboards for KPIs: acquisition, retention, LTV, churn, fulfillment, and satisfaction
- Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure clean, accurate data
- Partner with executives and functional leaders to define key business metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Conduct ad-hoc and cohort analyses to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
- Unify data from marketing, CRM, fulfillment, and financial systems into a single source of truth
- Build automated reporting systems and documentation for ongoing scalability
Who You Are
- 6–10 years in Data Science, Analytics, or BI
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data modeling (dbt or equivalent)
- Experienced with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase)
- Strong understanding of subscription e-commerce metrics and customer lifecycle data
- Capable of translating data into simple, actionable recommendations
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Why Join SkinnyRx?
- Build the analytics foundation of a rapidly scaling healthtech brand
- Work directly with leadership — your work will drive key decisions
- Remote-first team with a mission to make lasting weight management accessible
- Competitive pay, autonomy, and opportunity to shape the data culture from day one
