Are you passionate about turning data into decisions? Join our Business Management team as a Reporting & Analytics Associate and help shape the insights that drive our investment banking teams forward. This is a high-impact, highly visible role working closely with our COO and senior leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Transform and validate data from Salesforce, Snowflake & other sources
• Build stunning dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Deliver ad-hoc insights to answer critical business questions
• Automate manual processes to boost efficiency
• Be the go-to person for data accuracy, integrity, and visualization

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, data, or related field)
• 3+ years in BI/reporting/data analysis, ideally in financial services
• Advanced skills with Tableau/Power BI, Excel, SQL
• Passion for data quality, problem-solving, and delivering results
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Python or R skills for advanced analytics
