Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage accounting and reporting advisory projects for clients across sectors.
- Provide technical accounting advice under IFRS and assist clients with implementation and impact assessments of new standards.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Support clients with process improvements in financial reporting, close processes, and system enhancements.
- Work closely with Managers and Directors in delivering engagements within agreed timelines and quality parameters.
- Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and other business development initiatives.
- Guide and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.
- Professional Qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (completed or pursuing final level).
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, or audit, preferably with Big 4 or consulting experience.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and related accounting standards.
- Exposure to IPSAS or public sector accounting will be an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver within tight timelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and client-service orientation.
- Willingness to be based in Qatar and travel within the Middle East, if required.
