Senior R&D Engineer (LLM)

Our R&D team applies agentic AI, deep learning, and computer vision expertise to cross-disciplinary research from human-computer interaction and bioinformatics to computational finance. We run multiple technology and academic partnerships and expose our research at global events and conferences.

IF YOU ARE

A senior engineer with 3+ years of experience in generative or agentic AI and deep learning
Demonstrating strong expertise in building and optimizing AI models
Skilled in Python and/or C++, or Java/Kotlin
Hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Vision-Language Models (VLMs), with hands-on exposure to their applications
Familiar with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, or various agentic frameworks for AI development
Good at cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
Aware of modern software development company operations, including workflows, collaboration, and deployment strategies
Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and business communication
Proficient in verbal and written English at an upper-intermediate level
Knowledgeable in LLMs and prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning, to enhance model performance (as an advantage)
Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, with experience in building efficient and scalable APIs (would be a plus)

Develop innovative agentic AI solutions across a wide range of applications
Proactively propose and implement new technologies and trends, studying and adapting based on market needs and the latest technology trends
Propose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demos
Coordinate and run presentations of work at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatherings
Consult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to drive innovation and strategic decision-making
Support business development efforts: research, marketing, presentations, presales, etc.
