Your Client
Our client, the world’s #1 restaurant chain, is undertaking a strategic initiative to enhance the user experience of its mobile application. The focus is on modernising the interface by introducing landscape mode support across key screens, ensuring a seamless and responsive layout regardless of device orientation. This update is part of a broader effort to meet evolving accessibility standards and platform compliance requirements, while maintaining the brand’s commitment to intuitive and inclusive digital experiences.
Your Role
- Implement UI tests for existing screens with a focus on layout responsiveness and orientation handling;
- Use DSL guidelines to write maintainable and consistent UI test cases;
- Work with SwiftUI and UIKit components in the context of UI testing;
- Participate in sprint planning and effort estimation using T-shirt sizing;
- Collaborate with QA and developers to reproduce and verify UI-related issues;
- Maintain and refactor existing UI tests to improve stability and readability.
- 2-4 years of experience in iOS development with strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI;
- Experience with XCUITests;
- Solid understanding of UIKit, Auto Layout, and adaptive layout principles;
- Experience with MVVM, Coordinator, and other architectural patterns;
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, GitHub Actions, and Codemagic;
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices;
- Ability to work in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Exposure to Figma API integration and automated code generation;
- Understanding of European Accessibility Act;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
