Job Title: UI/UX/Product Designer

Location: Central Bengaluru. 

Inferentics, our new venture, is putting together an innovative team to work on an exciting new transformative EdTech platform for schools with the aim of continuously engaging with teachers for their growth and development.

What we’re looking for:

A talented UI/UX/Product Designer.

Roles:

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with product vision
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to iterate on designs
• Create prototypes to demonstrate product concepts and features
• Maintain brand consistency and high design standards
• Maintain compliance with accessibility and disability standards, ensuring an inclusive and equitable experience for all.



Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, ideally in SaaS or EdTech platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Understanding of AI, ML, and emerging tech trends a plus
• Experience with mobile UI development(Reactjs/ReactNative) and responsive design best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passionate about making a positive impact through innovative technology
• Experience with Design Thinking principles
