The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Developer / Solutions Architect with deep .NET expertise to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You’ll work across internal and client-facing projects, guiding teams and shaping technical direction.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead solution design and development using C#/.NET and Azure
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders
• Champion Agile practices, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical standards
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in C#/.NET development and architecture
• Strong knowledge of Azure (Functions, App Services, DevOps)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
